Experience an authentic journey through Zimbabwe's majestic landscapes and rich history. Explore the ancient rock formations of Matobo Hills, discover the archaeological wonders at Khami Ruins, spot wildlife in Hwange National Park and feel the power of Victoria Falls.

Arrival & Welcome
Welcome to Zimbabwe! You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to Matobo Hills Lodge, nestled among dramatic granite formations. Enjoy a relaxed evening and dinner at the lodge.

Day 2
Rhino Tracking & Views
Head out early for an unforgettable rhino tracking experience on foot with professional guides and park scouts. In the afternoon, visit World’s View and Rhodes Grave, learning about Cecil John Rhodes and the region's colonial legacy. Dinner back at the lodge.

Day 3
Rock Art & Culture
Explore ancient San Bushman rock art caves, gaining insight into Zimbabwe’s earliest inhabitants. In the afternoon, visit a local Ndebele village to learn about traditional life, crafts, and culture. Evening at leisure.

Day 4
Walk or Relax
Choose between a morning guided nature walk or time to relax at the lodge. Optional activity: a visit to the Natural History Museum in Bulawayo (entrance fee not included) or tour of Bulawayo. Final dinner in the hills.

Day 5
Khami Sanctuary
After breakfast, transfer to Khami Sanctuary, located just outside Bulawayo. Settle in and enjoy a guided walking safari, tracking giraffe, zebra, and other plains game on foot. Sunset drinks at the lodge.

Day 6
Ancient Khami Ruins
This morning, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Khami Ruins, once a royal palace of the Torwa Dynasty. Learn about pre-colonial Zimbabwean architecture and spiritual life. Afternoon at leisure or optional birdwatching walk.

Day 7
Hwange Arrival Safari
After breakfast, drive to Hwange Safari Lodge and settle in with views of the wildlife-rich waterhole. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the lodge’s private concession, known for excellent sightings and fewer crowds.

Big Game Safari
Today, enjoy a full-day safari in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe’s largest reserve, famous for its elephants, diverse wildlife, and over 400 bird species.

Day 9
Morning Drive & Transfer
Enjoy a final early morning game drive, when wildlife like jackals, hyenas, and elephants are most active. After brunch, travel to Victoria Falls and check in at Shearwater Explorers Village, just a short walk from the falls and local markets.

Day 10
Explore the Falls
Today is dedicated to exploring Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya – “The Smoke That Thunders.” Enjoy a guided walking tour through rainforest trails alongside the roaring falls. In the evening, unwind on a sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.

Cultural Farewell
Spend the day at leisure—relax at the lodge, visit the craft markets, or book an optional activity like a helicopter flight or guided community tour. In the evening, enjoy a festive Boma Dinner & Drum Show, featuring Zimbabwean food, music, and dance. It’s a joyful and flavorful farewell to your journey.

After breakfast, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward flight.
