Email Opt-out

You can stop marketing email from ZimTravellers at any time. Here is how, and what happens when you do.
1. The fastest way
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes you — no login, no questions.
2. By email or WhatsApp
Email josh@zimtravellers.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will remove you within 48 hours.
3. What you will still receive
Opting out stops marketing email only. If you have a trip booked with us, you will still receive the emails needed to run it — confirmations, itineraries and travel updates.
4. Consent expiry
Even if you never opt out, marketing consent lapses automatically after 36 months unless you renew it.
5. Your data
Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list; it does not delete other records we may hold. To request deletion of your personal data, see our Privacy Policy or write to privacy@zimtravellers.com.
