1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Contact information (name, email, phone, country) when you enquire, subscribe or message us on WhatsApp.
• Travel preferences (dates, party size, budget range, accommodation preferences, special requirements) when you complete a booking enquiry.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited), collected automatically via cookies and analytics.
• Communication records: correspondence with our team by email or WhatsApp.
• Payment data: processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store card or banking details on our servers.

• Responding to enquiries and designing your itinerary
• Processing and managing bookings
• Sending travel information, seasonal guides and offers (only with your consent)

• Meeting legal obligations

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services

When you use this site, some data goes to companies that run parts of it for us. Each one processes data under its own safeguards and our instructions.

• Hostinger hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time).
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) gives us visit statistics. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies; if you choose Essential only, nothing is sent to Google.
• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd): if you arrive from one of our Google ads and accept cookies, Google Analytics tells Google Ads that an enquiry was sent, so we can see which ads work. It receives an anonymous enquiry reference, never your name, email, phone number or message.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers our enquiry emails and any newsletter you opt into. It receives the details you type into the enquiry form.
• Mapbox (Mapbox Inc., USA) draws the route map on tour pages. When the map loads it receives your IP address and the map tiles you view.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) handles the conversation if you tap a WhatsApp button. The chat happens on WhatsApp under its own terms.

We do not use advertising pixels. If we add one, this page changes first.

6. Data retention

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal (including tax) obligations. Marketing consent lapses after 36 months without re-consent; you can withdraw it at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction or objection to processing; and portability. Write to us at the addresses above. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with Datatilsynet in Norway.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

Updates are posted on this page with a revised date.
