Questions people ask before booking a day out

Do you collect from my hotel?

Almost always, yes — Victoria Falls, Bulawayo and Harare pickups are included where the tour says so; the exact radius is confirmed with your booking.

What if the weather cancels it?

The operator makes the safety call. If they cancel, you choose a new date or a refund of the cancelled experience — the full terms are on each tour page.

Can children join?

Many day trips welcome children; some carry minimum ages for safety. Tell us their ages when you enquire and we’ll confirm what works — we never quote child rates without ages.

What should I bring?

Each tour page lists it under Practical — usually sun protection, closed shoes and a light layer. Water is included on almost everything we run.
