These Terms of Use govern your use of zimtravellers.com. They are separate from our Booking Terms and Conditions, which apply when you book a trip with us.
1. Using this website
You may browse, download and print content from this site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use it in any way that could impair its operation.
2. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, page designs and the ZimTravellers name — belongs to MHLTravels AS or is used with permission of its owners. It may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep prices, itineraries and travel information current, but details can change — park fees, schedules and availability among them. Website information is indicative; the details in your written quote and booking confirmation are the ones that bind us.
4. Third-party links
Pages on this site link to third parties — suppliers, partners and booking services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
5. No warranty
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Nothing here affects your statutory rights or the terms of a confirmed booking.
6. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo.
