Day-trip cancellation
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a refund of all recoverable amounts.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals that prevent the tour from operating, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Any third-party cost that is non-refundable (such as a specially arranged host, private venue, meal, ticket or permit) will be identified before payment and remains non-refundable once committed.
Changes are subject to availability. A change in group size may require the tour to be repriced.
