The exact line-up depends on artists' schedules and is confirmed with your booking; we never promise a named artist unless they have confirmed for your date. How booking worksPrivate-tour cancellation
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a refund of all recoverable amounts.
- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals that prevent the tour from operating, and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Any third-party cost that is non-refundable — such as a specially arranged host, private venue, meal, ticket or permit — will be identified before payment and remains non-refundable once committed.
- Changes are subject to availability. A change in group size may require the tour to be repriced.
