Wildlife morning
Pickup from your Harare hotel. A guided morning at Mukuvisi Woodlands — giraffe, antelope and indigenous woodland birding on foot with the reserve’s guides.
Mukuvisi’s wildlife, the Chiremba rocks and Zimbabwe’s sculptors — in one day

Overview
Three things Harare does better than anywhere, joined into one considered day. The morning starts among wildlife at Mukuvisi Woodlands, the indigenous woodland reserve inside the city where giraffe and antelope graze minutes from the traffic. Then out to the Chiremba Balancing Rocks — the granite stacks that appeared on Zimbabwe's banknotes — before an afternoon with the country's most underrated export: Shona stone sculpture, met where it is actually made. Lunch is included between stops. We have deliberately left the old lion-park circuit off this route; the wildlife here is unfenced from contact tourism and better for it. Venue arrangements and entry fees are confirmed with your booking, and the day is requested and confirmed within 24 hours.
