Overview
Royal Harare sits under old trees beside the city's botanic quarter and hosts the strongest fields in Zimbabwean golf. For a visiting player it is the round worth building a Harare day around — and the one where arrangements matter most. We handle the tee-time request with the club, your return hotel transfers and the caddie arrangement, and we brief you on dress code, handicap expectations and any competition-day restrictions before anything is confirmed. Bring your own clubs or ask us to arrange hire against the club's current inventory. Green fees and equipment are confirmed with the club for your date at booking — we quote the club's actual current rates rather than publishing stale numbers. From $185 per person with your own clubs, minimum two players; the full visitor package is quoted at booking. Requested and confirmed within 24 hours.

- Cancel at least 72 hours before the confirmed tee time to receive a refund of all recoverable amounts.
- For cancellations received between 24 and 72 hours before the tee time, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the tee time and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Any green fee, competition-day fee, club hire, cart, caddie or other course charge that the golf club identifies as non-refundable will be disclosed before payment and remains non-refundable once confirmed.
- If the course closes or cancels play because of weather, maintenance or another operational reason, we will arrange a new tee time or refund the amount recovered from the club together with any unused ZimTravellers services.
Participation requirements

- A traveller who cannot participate because they do not meet a clearly disclosed requirement is not entitled to a refund.
