Cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled activity to receive a refund of all recoverable amounts.
For cancellations received between eight and 14 days before the activity, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
For cancellations received seven days or fewer before the activity, including no-shows, the booking is non-refundable.
Any issued ticket, permit, reserved private vehicle, meal commitment, aviation charge or other non-refundable supplier cost identified before payment remains non-refundable.
If the operator cancels the activity because of weather, safety, mechanical or operational conditions, you may choose an available replacement date or receive a refund for the cancelled activity.
