Hwange Safari Lodge stands on a private estate on the eastern edge of Hwange National Park, looking out over a floodlit waterhole that does much of the work for you. Elephant come in through the afternoon and often through the night. Game drives run morning and evening into the park itself, which is the largest in Zimbabwe and holds one of the great elephant populations in Africa.
